The following steps have been taken for quality education in Contest Biddya Niketan:-

1. Ensuring 100% attendance of students.
2. Regular monitoring of the environment of the institution, the performance of the students.
3. weak and attentive students are indentified by the teachers in the respective classes and maintain contact with parents on the basis of monthly results. Special care for extra organised weak students.
4. Regular meetings with parents and informing parents about students' overall situation.
5. Arrange a weekly meeting with all teachers on Thursdays every week. In this meeting the development of quality of education of students is discussed.
6. Taking classes through multimedia to make each class lively and easy.
